Heat up pan and drizzle a little oil while adding the diced onions.
Add ground beef, bison or turkey (salt as desired).
Shredded carrots and zucchini and add to pan (or have a separate pan to cook them in.)
Once the bison is almost cooked, add the carrots and zucchini to finish cooking together.
Add the sauce mixture and stir until done.
Store in meal prep containers or serve fresh. I like to pair it with white rice!
